Relief Efforts for
Affected Customers

All of us at FirstBank want you to know how very sorry we are for those of you affected by the recent flooding. It has certainly been a tragic event and one that will not soon be forgotten. Certainly, our heartfelt thoughts go out to all of you. We would like to show our support to you and your family.

Starting immediately, customers that are flood victims needing to withdraw funds from their certificate of deposit (CD) may do so with no penalty. As you know, there is normally a penalty for early withdrawal of funds from a CD prior to its maturity. However, under the circumstances, we feel that allowing you to easily access money when you need it most is more important. If you are a flood victim with a FirstBank CD and need to withdraw funds for critical needs due to the flooding, simply stop by your branch office and speak with any desk associate to make a withdrawal.

We hope this will be one less thing that you have to worry about during this difficult time. As always, please let us know if there is anything else we can do to support you in this time of crisis. We certainly wish you the best as you get back to a more normal way of life.

We have several other relief efforts that we're happy to discuss with you! Simply contact your local FirstBank representative for more information.
